“Take a pencil and a paper” the teacher said, “and write an essay with the title ‘If I Were a Millionaire’”
Everyone but Philip, who leaned back with arms folded, began to write furiously.
“What's the matter” the teacher asked. “Why don't you begin?”
”I'm waiting for my secretary”he replied.
선생님이 말했다. “종이와 연필을 꺼내요. 그리고 ‘내가 만약 백만장자가 된다면이라는 주제로 수필을 써 봐요.” 모든 학생들이 열심히 쓰기 시작했지만, 유독 필립만은 팔짱을 끼고 상체를 젖힌 채 앉아 있었다. “왜 그러지? 왜 쓰지 않는 거야”선생님이 물었다. 그러자 필립이 대답했다. “비서를 기다리는 중이에요.”
